These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the operator of nakrut.us (the “Service”) and the user when using the website and the Service.

The Service provides a panel for placing social media growth and related orders via the website. Specific service conditions are set by catalog descriptions at the time of order.

3. Registration and account

  • registration with a valid email is required to use the Service;
  • the user must provide accurate data and must not share account access;
  • the user is responsible for password security and activity in the account;
  • by registering, the user confirms they are old enough to enter into such agreements.

4. Services and orders

  • an order is accepted after balance debit and submission to the provider;
  • payment uses the Service internal balance; top-up rules are shown on the payment page;
  • delivery times depend on service type and load; instant results are not guaranteed;
  • fulfillment may involve third-party providers; platform rules remain the user’s responsibility.

5. Payments and balance

  • balance funds are an internal unit of account of the Service;
  • balance top-ups are generally non-refundable, except for proven payment errors or undelivered service at the operator’s discretion;
  • catalog prices may change; an accepted order keeps the price at payment time.

6. Prohibited use

  • using the Service to break applicable law or platform rules is prohibited;
  • hacking, overloading, bypassing limits, or interfering with the Service is prohibited;
  • fraud, misleading others, or using third-party payment means without authorization is prohibited.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The operator is not liable for platform actions (blocks, algorithm changes), user actions, or indirect losses. Liability is limited to the disputed order amount on balance, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
